Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
Cash or card payments are taken at the time of the appointment.
Inappropriate behaviour
NA Soft Tissue Therapy has a zero tolerance policy to inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a treatment with immediate effect and without refund if the client demonstrates behaviour including but not limited to: intimidation, verbal aggression, physical violence, evidence of intoxication or sexual behaviour.
Clients
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer during their treatment.
